Public Acknowledgement of Participation

Welcome to Interlink Events. By registering for our events, you acknowledge and accept that Interlink Events reserves the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you. This may include—but is not limited to—announcements on our website and social media platforms. These announcements will not be defamatory or harmful to your business reputation in any way. Also, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Participation

  • Participants must register through the official form with accurate details.
  • Access to virtual sessions is granted only to confirmed registrants.
  • Registration is considered complete only after full payment of the participation fee is received prior to the event. No abstract or full paper will be included in the official program without complete payment.

    • 2. Conference Language

  • The official language of all Interlink Events conferences is English. All submitted papers, abstracts, and presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.

    • 3. Inclusion in Conference Program

    If the participation fee is not paid within the specified deadline, your submitted abstract or full text will not be included in the conference agenda, Book of Abstracts, or Conference Proceedings.

    4. Code of Conduct

  • Professional behavior is expected at all times.
  • Harassment or disruptive actions may result in removal without refund.

    • 5. Intellectual Property

  • Presentation materials are the intellectual property of the speakers or their institutions.
  • Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

    • 6. Technical Responsibility

  • Attendees are responsible for their internet connection and device compatibility.
  • We are not liable for individual technical failures during sessions.

    • 7. Publication of Submissions

    All accepted and presented abstracts and full papers will be published in the:

  • Book of Abstracts
  • Conference Proceedings Book (PDF format), available on our official website

    • 8. Event Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify event dates, speakers, or platforms if necessary.
  • Participants will be informed of changes via email or website updates.
